Welcome to our 2025/26 season at the Bedford Corn Exchange, the Philharmonia’s longest-standing residency.

Piano music runs through our season, and we’re joined by some top soloists: Víkingur Ólafsson, our Featured Artist, plays Beethoven, and Bruce Liu performs Ravel’s jazzy Piano Concerto in G. Scottish star Steven Osborne opens our season with Mozart’s final piano concerto, and our season closes with more Beethoven in the hands of Alim Beisembayev, winner of the 2021 Leeds International Piano Competition.

Our Principal Conductor Santtu-Matias Rouvali returns to Bedford in October in a programme featuring music by his compatriot Sibelius and Gabriela Ortiz, our Featured Composer next season.

And in December, see our brass and percussion players take centre stage for an evening of festive music at our Philharmonia Brass at Christmas concert.
